This is the 7th edition of the International Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria that is being organized voluntarily by staff and friends of the Centro de Referencia para Lactobacilos (CERELA), a leading research institute dedicated to the study of lactic acid bacteria and their applications in health, nutrition, and biotechnology.
This is a not for profit event and all funding, donations and registration fees will be used to cover the costs of the Symposium.
