Abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the online submission form available on this website.

General Format
The abstract must fit within an area of 14 × 20 cm and be prepared in MS Word format using:
Font: Calibri
Line spacing: Single
Please follow the structure below:
1. Title
Bold
UPPERCASE letters
Font size: 12 pt
Leave a 2 cm left margin on the first line (reserved for the abstract number assigned by the organizing committee)
2. Authors
Initials and surnames
Font size: 11 pt
The presenting author must be shown in bold
3. Affiliations
Font size: 10 pt
Include:
Unit / Department
Institution
Full postal address
Email address of one author only (mandatory)
If authors belong to multiple institutions, use superscript numbers to identify affiliations.
4. Abstract Body
Font size: 11 pt
Include:
Introduction
Objective(s)
Methods
Results
Conclusions
⚠️ Do not use subtitles inside the abstract.
⚠️ Do not include references.
Important Notes
Abstracts that do not follow the required format will not be accepted.
Abbreviations must be written in full the first time, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
Tables, graphs, and figures are not allowed.
